Yes looks like any Garden cultivar of Allamanda Yes a garden cultivar of Allamanda of Apocynaceae family. Most probably Allamanda williamsii commonly called as Golden Trumpet Vine

Allamanda cathartica is a climber while this is not a climber. It can grow up to one meter if it is not preunned.Generaly used in road side strips.It is a determinate type.

it look Allamanda neriifolia to me.. Both A.cathartica and A.nerifolia look very similar but for the following characters which distinguish them. Please check the characters and decide your self. Also the flowers in Allamanda have dark centre while my plant does not Does your plant show any climbing nature/tendency? No It is a small plant in a bag got from some local nursery by my neighbor.
