Sharing some pictures of Potentilla anserina L. shot at Nubra Valley on 21 August 2014.
Nepali Name: Masino Jhaar मसिनो झार / Kroma क्रोमा P.anserina or ‘Silverweed’ as it is known in the UK, where it is common. In Ladakh it found on irrigated (and thus usually damp) ground to 4800m I feel the ID is not matching ! Image from same plant !
I do not find it much off the mark as per
