Beaumontia murtonii Craib ??
Beaumontia. But not sure of the species. Also check for B.gandiflora. The plants are sold in the local nursery In my observation it matches with Beaumontia murtonii Craib comparing flower budding ! Yes. You are right. Going by Keys in Flora of China, I think it should be Beaumontia grandiflora :
However, on net I could not find many images with yellow or orange stamens.
Dave’s garden gives a different view not based on stamen colour. For this a proper side view is required for id. Pl. see
Buds look similar in both. Pl. check buds in your posted image- how it has elongated in some of the buds. . Altitude : ca 2,200 m.
