Swan River Daisy ;
 
Common ornamental herb up to 60 cm tall with leaves pinnately dissected into linear segments; heads 25-30 mm across, on slender up to 10 cm long peduncles; ray florets, blue, purple, rose or white; involucre bracts with scarious margins; disc florets yellow.

Yes this is  Brachycome iberidifolia it also comes in various shades of blue and violet
