I am observing this plant for almost a month the white ?buds never opened
I do not know if they are flowers or fruits

Height/Length- about 2 to 2.5 feet
Leaves Type/ Shape/ Size-green
flowers or fruits white berry like


Is that a Cestrum sp.?


Can it be Cestrum nocturnum I think I have missed the flowering season
