Habitat : Wild Appears similar to your posting at Lentinus species- Gyaneswor, Kathmandu, Nepal May be but I feel it is different.!
Pl. check Omphalotus olearius (DC.) Sing. Features looks matching but doubtful about color. Another sp. listed is O. illudens.
