Seen this bushy shrub at Sudhasari Sand dunes, Rajasthan near Jaisalmer.

This was identified by Dr G.Singh from AFRI as Crotolaria burhia.

Crotalaria burhia  Benth.
In Oman we have something very similar Crotalaria aegyptiaca.
At a quick glance through Google image search, aegyptiaca and burhia do look similar. But I did not find C. aegyptiaca listed in Jodhpur Jaisalmer flora references on internet … may be I will have to re look.

I would like to share the details of desert plant C. burhia. The species widely distributed as a weed in arid and semi-arid areas of India. 
Habit: Tall busy, under shrus. 
Leaves: Sessile, elliptic-oblong or lanceolate, appressed silky-pubescent. 
Inflorescence: Terminal racemes. 
Flower: Yellow
Flowering: Almost throughout the year. 
Location: Kachchh, Gujarat, Western India. 
Distribution- For India: Gujarat, Rajasthan, Panjab, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra.
