Pl. try comparative images at Apocynaceae I don’t know whether it is Croton or not, to me this is euphorbiaceae family The leafy plant appears to me as Croton caudatus. However, the fruits with spiny projections look different. The spiny projections on capsules are unlike any other Croton.
