For confrimation……May be Dalbergia lanceolaria

Are you sure it is a tree?  It is hard to say from these habit pictures but you might consider Dalbergia volubilis.
Dalbergia lanceolaria does not normally flower in cold season.

May be shrub…Also….But leaf look D. lanceolaria
