This grass looking similar to Bothriochloa but number spikes more, and they are larger, nodes are with tuft of hairs. It is Dichanthium annulatum (Forssk.) Stapf

Though there are several differences, Dichanthium annulatum and Bothriochloa intermedia can be easily differentiated by rubbing the inflorescence with your fingers and smelling them. Bothriochloa will have a strong smell whereas Dichanthium will not have any smell.
