In Flora of India Vol-5. (Eds.-N.P.Singh, J.N.Vohra, P.K.Hajra and D.K. Singh; published by Botanical Survey of India) the account of Indian Celastraceae is written by K. Ramamurthy
.

As per this document Ramamurthy (2000) following species of Cassine occur in India:

Cassine albens (Retz.) Kosterm. [line diagram given]

C. balae Kosterm.

C. paniculata (Wight & Arn.) Lobr.-Callen (syn. of Elaeodendron paniculatum)

C. viburnifolia (A.L.Juss.) Ding Hou

C. kedarnathii Sasidh. & Swarupan. is missing in above list but a valid species in TPL 2013

Scrutiny of these names indicates all of them as accepted names in The Plant List 2013.

.

The names Elaeodendron and Cassine have been confused for centuries. However, my own research and DNA analysis proved that this plant is Elaeodendron. The genus Cassine with only 3 species, occur in South Africa and looks very different, both in flowers and fruit from Elaeodendron.

Elaeodendron & Cassine :  1 post by 1 author.
I have updated eFI (efloraofindia) page on Elaeodendron & Cassine as per the following:
As per efi thread: The names Elaeodendron and Cassine have been confused for centuries. However, my own research and DNA analysis proved that this plant is Elaeodendron. The genus Cassine with only 3 species, occur in South Africa and looks very different, both in flowers and fruit from Elaeodendron.
However no specific feedback is avilable w.r.t. Cassine albens & Cassine kedarnathii & they are still kept under Cassine

Attempts have been made to incorporate most of the species available in India & nearby areas with details & keys directly or through links as far as possible.

Species discussed so far in efloraofindia are given at the bottom of the page in the form of links against Subpages. On clicking them one can see all the details.

Any comments are welcome.

I have added the list of Indian species of Cassine as per Flora of India vol-5.
