VoF Week :: DV :: 01 AUG 12 – 0330 :: Euphorbia ¿ wallichii ? along Govind Ghat – Ghangaria trail: 1 AUG 12
Govind Ghat – Ghangaria trailabout 9000 ft

Habitat: mountain slope
Habit: gregarious herb, about 1 – 1.5 m high

Your first photograph clearly shows warty fruits. It should be E. cornigera, unless you have mixed up the two species.

Again my mix-up, …
These plants were nearby (say some difference of 2 metres)
Photos 1 & 3, now I understand bear the warty fruits – Euphorbia cornigera – and the plant seems to have hanging branches.
Photos 2, 4 and 5 bear the non-warty fruits, erect plants – are these Euphorbia wallichii ?

Yes … I could see some smooth fruits, that is why I suggested possible mix up.
