This tree was seen at Lohagad near Pune on the mountain top in November 2016. There were quite some similar trees around.
No flowers or fruits seen. Requested to please ID.

The identification cannot be conclusive without more features. But looking at the overall appearance, it could be Heterophragma.

The leaves do look like Heterophragma quadriloculare

Saw this tree at Saptashrungi near Nashik, MH in Feb 2017.
Is this Heterophragma quadriloculare? Although the leaves look bigger.

To me appears close as per images at Heterophragma quadriloculare

Could be Heterophragma adenophyllum or roxburghii. But fruits photographs would help ID.

I do not think it matches with images at Fernandoa adenophylla
