Hope this is Curcuma scaposa.

the inflorescence looks similar to Dr Sabu’s site picture
though in your pic we do not see the flower in its prime, cant see the face and the leaves are comparable to those on flickr photos
though I must say your leaf//whole plant pic the first one shows much clarity of leaf …

I have tried to correct the orientation of the 2nd pic in a different way, it has worked it seems.
