I think this is Pinanga dicksonii

This is the popular houseplant around the word and in India too, particularly large offices that employ plant keepers or gardening enterprises that look after, rotate the indoor plants… for the urban indoor planted gardens… even we have a few of those enterprises in Kolkata now.

I have often seen trees like this before, but cannot tell you if they were the same as in here.
