second week of april I think it could be Piptanthus nepalensis and let me clear it is not a climber. It is hardy perennial semi-evergreen shrub common inside Quercus semecarpifolia and Abies spectabilis forest above 2500-3500m asl in Himalaya. Many thanks for the id

Location: Chelela pass, Bhutan at 3810 meters.
Type: Shrub. Approximate height of the plant 5-6 feet.
