Sharing some pictures I guess is Persicaria runcinata (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) H. Gross shot at Chandragiri Hill Kathamndu on 19 September 2016 at 8200 ft.
Nepali nameRatnaa रत्ना /  Kaapre Saag काप्रे साग

Please ignore the Berberis pic.

I think seem to match with images of Polygonum runcinatum (syn. Persicaria runcinata (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) H. Gross) at Polygonacae Fortnight: Polygonum runcinatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don from Meghalaya -KD MAY01

Which one is accepted name and which one is synonym?

Thanks, … There is so much of confusion with different sources quoting different names. Pl. also see
In general I have followed GRIN (where ever available) while segregating Persicaria & Polygonum.
May be … can guide us further in the matter.

Yes …, it is very difficult as different library giving different accepted names. Now, I am following Catalogue of life.
If some expert can guide us to follow the correct database for the accepted name.

Polygonum runcinatum Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don (synonym) ??

Thanks, … for sharing the beautiful images!
In view of the recent treatments based on molecular data, Persicaria and Polygonum should be treated as two distinct genera. Therefore, Persicaria runcinata (Buch.-Ham. ex D. Don) H. Gross should be the accepted name.
