Common name: Gramophone Orchid

Pseudobulbs discoid, covered with long sheaths of reticulate nerves, 5 x 2 cm, broadly ovate, spathulate, obtuse. Flowers deep brownish red, from the base of pseudobulbs; bracts 6 x 7 mm, suborbicular, retuse, denticulate; sepals united to form a campanulate tube, 14 x 6 mm, saccate at base, 3-lobed at apex, densely papillose outside; lobes ovate, acute; petals 8 x 3 mm, subfalcately spathulate, acute, papillose; lip 5 x 4 mm, panduriform, 3-lobed, toothed; lateral lobes erect, ovate, obtuse; midlobe suborbicular, obtuse, denticulate, papillose.

it is very small few mm in size
Location : Amboli sindhudurg maharashtra

it was found flowering after first few showers in month of June

The first picture465 is of Porpax reticulata (Gramophone orchid)
The button like pseudo bulbs are also seen on the stem of the tree.
