There are two objects in the picture, the fruits belong to a tree, Sterculia sp. and the twiner may be any Convolvulaceae member..


Fruits may be of Sterculia villosa Roxb.

But can not be confirmed with these images.

Having seen this tree in late fruiting stage only, I am not sure about the id if this can be Sterculia foetida or otherwise..
