Most probably Tabernaemontana alternifolia L. (Syn:Tabernaemontana heyneana Wall.) of Apocynaceae family.

I think.. not. T.rostrata is a shrub. Flowers and leaves are different. The one sent by Ranjini ji is a climber and differs in shape and size of leaves and flowers
