Branches lenticellate, young shoots fulvous tomentose. Leaves to 5 x 2.5 cm, obovate to oblong, obtuse, glabrous above; nerves 4-5 pairs; petiole 5 mm long. Flowers 3-8, fascicled; pedicels 2 mm long; calyx 2 mm long, lobes triangular; corolla greenish white, pink at base, to 16 mm long, densely hairy, tube gibbous, lobes spreading; stigma hemispheric. Berry sub-globose, tomentose.

i have seen this plant once in my life over mango plants in Karnamadhapur a place in West bengal where we went for a college picnic

is it a parasitic plant. dont you think the term parasitic is used wrongly here…? the plant is green and seems to be an autotroph. it can be an epiphyte…

Taxillus tomentosus (Roth) Tieghem is a parasitic plant and as far as I know it’s non green by nature!!! Please go through the description of the plant from the “The revised handbook of the flora of Ceylon” in link will provide you better information regarding this angiospermic plant belonging to the family Loranthaceae.
