Thanks for the beautiful photos. I think, Anzar Khurroo posted couple of days back from Kashmir corolla were similar to this Teucrium sp, which he suspected as Salvia.
Really you have good number of collections, and the botanical community definitely happy about your collections and I am sure it would be useful to them.

Please provide id inputs for this herb of Lamiaceae, recorded from Chakrata, Uttrakhand..
Probably this plant is posted for id by … also..

This is Teucrium royleanum. My other (still unidentified plant) plant has lower lip much broader than length and prominently concave, here it is longer than broad

i somehow thought all Teucrium’s flowers’ lower lip was longer than its widest width

is it not?

That is why mine remains unidentified

Please help in the ID of this herb photographed from Ranikhet in Uttarakhand in April.

I also have this in my collection, if I am to guess..any Teucrium sp.

Absence of upper lip suggest Teucrium as also indicated by …
Four Teucrium are known in Uttarakhand- T.laxum, T.quadrifarium, T.viscidulum and T.royleanum. It is not T.quadrifarium as I understand. Possibilities lies in rest three.

Teucrium species in eFIoraofindia (with details/ keys from published papers/ regional floras/ FRLHT/ FOI/ efloras/ books etc., where ever available)

I take it as Teucrium royleanum.

Please help in the ID of this herb from Lamiaceae, possibly Plectranthus?, photographed from Ranikhet, Uttarakhand on April 17, 2012.

I hope Stachys royleanum

Thanks, … I could not find any match for Stachys royleanum even on google search. Pl. check.
