These fallen flowers were photographed at Empress garden, Pune in June 11. There were a cluster of high trees above it and i couldnt locate d parent tree.

I think two plants are mixed up in these pictures.
The first photo (with flower and green stem) is probably of Justicia betonica. The climber in the other two pictures resembles Vallaris solanacea.

Yes. Bread flower. For me the ID is correct. It is planted in a few places. 
The smell of the flower is so sweet that erasing it from our memory is a very difficult task.
