Please help ID this plant. It was seen as a small bush about 2 feet tall, and also hanging from a tree about 15-20 feet tall.
Photographed in Kerala by the roadside.
Saw the same plant at a resort at Chikmagalur, in bloom at this time of the year, April 2021. The one I saw in Kerala in December did not have flowers.
