Did not find distribution in Karnataka.

Any possibility of Anaphalis margaritacea (L.) Benth. ?? However could not find distribution in KT.

Appears close to images at Anaphalis contorta (D.Don) Hook.f., but I do not find any distribution in the area.

On examining specimens of four species in GBIF, of Anaphalis showing distribution in the area as per Flora of Peninsular India, I think it close to Anaphalis lawii (GBIF)

Looks different from others i.e. Anaphalis subdecurrens (GBIF), Anaphalis wightiana (GBIF) and Anaphalis marcescens (GBIF)

Anaphalis ¿ species ? … (family: Asteraceae)

Dear friends,
Please help with the species if the photos give relevant clues.

Pl. Check comparative images at EFI.

I think it does not match with any species as per comparative images at Anaphalis

…, please check with Anaphalis bournei.

Thanks very much, …

I have a strong feeling that it must be Anaphalis lawii (Hook.f.) Gamble
References: Herbarium JCB, FoI, eFI,

I think this is more closer to Anaphalis wightiana as per details herein and as per GBIF specimens onetwo

rather than Anaphalis lawii (Hook.f.) Gamble as per images at Anaphalis sp-3 for ID- 27022014-PKA-Feb59

Thanks … for the possible ID.
