The first two photos belong to one, where we see flowers in leaf axils; the last two photos of another plant shows flowers all over the branch. Are these two different species OR are they male & female ? Please help.

What does it prove ?
I suppose Debregeasia orientalis is a small shrub and Debregeasia longifolia is shrub to a tree with many branches. So, I guess it looks like Debregeasia orientalis !
