Inflorescence: Spike 10-20 cm with terminal white flowers few mm. 4 lobes. Leaves Linear lanceolate.
A large shrub. Leaves opposite, lanceolate, tomentose beneath. Flowers fragrant, dense terminal axillary spikes. It produce fragrant tiny white flowers during November to April.

It is now in 6 inch tub / pot on my roof top as it is winter now. The summer is coming back soon. I think , before summer I have to plant the same in my garden to save it from excessive heat of summer. I am confused to choose the place in may garden.
My Garden is a small garden of 600 sq ft only & full of green. I have different different environments in my garden . Some parts are heavy dry. Some parts are semi wet. Some are quite wet place. Some parts are quite shady – some parts are partial shady – some are quite sunny. I am confused regarding selection of plot for it.
Next advise , I am seeking from you that how to prepare soil for the plot of buddleia asiatica. What are the ingredients should I mix with the garden soil.

Buddleja asiatica Lour. is a common shrub in mid hills of Uttarakhand occurring up to 1800m altitude.
It produce fragrant tiny white flowers during November to April.

Previously in Buddlejaceae, it is now placed in Scrophulariaceae.
