Apluda mutica ???

May be correct but looks slightly different.

Capillipedium parviflorum

Isn’t it more close to Capillipedium assimile (Steud.) A.Camus rather than

Capillipedium parviflorum (R.Br.) Stapf ??

Yes similar. C.assimile is more erect grass whereas C.parviflorum usually climbs over other vegetation like shrubs. The spikelets of parviflorum are smaller too. C.assimile is more of a tropical species but found in Himalayas too, but C.parviflorum is a hill species.
