Very interesting plant indeed.

In Maharashtra (BSI Flora) mentions only 2 sp of Cadaba. C. fruticosa and C. linearifolia.
They have 4 and 5 stamens respectively.
Your plant shows 8 distinct stamens.
Another diff. is your plant is said to be large shrub of 2-3 m. 
C.fruticosa is a small shrub whereas C. linearifolia is again a 3-5 m small tree.

Found in AUROVILLE Botanical garden.

In only one previous post, stamen were 8, here 6 …… we can put now the number of stamen 6-8. 

Earlier I had the good fortune to see  posts on C. trifoliata in Indian Flora by Manoj Kumar Sarkar sir …..stamen 7, by Ajayan sadanandan …stamen 6, by Moorthy M. Krishnan……stamen 6 and by S Kasim sir ….stamen  6. 

We are yet to see Cadaba linearifolia
