This plant could be Chaerophyllum acuminatum as per thought put forth by Gurcharan ji in my earlier posted query. Re-posting only for sake of records in this fortnight. Relevant aspects are not photographed; as such not soliciting further validation / ID.

Came across this Apiaceae sp. on the way to Hampta Pass.
