Asteraceae herb from Thirthan valley area


Where is Thirthan Valley? 


I think … might be referring to Tirthan valley, which is in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, near GHNP..
This plant seems to be an escape from cultivation, most probably Coreopsis sp.
