Location Pangi Valley, Himachal
Altitude 3000 mts Habit Herb Habitat wild Height 4-5 inches I think this is Oxytropis mollis or less likely Oxytropis microphylla. Just compare your photos with those on FOI site I go with Oxytropis cachmeriana
In O. microphylla there are two leaflets at each point….four in a pair, so out of question.
In O. mollis (which seems closest) leaves are much more densely hairy. In O. lapponica the leaflets are acite at tip and peduncle much longer than uppermost leaf.
