Very good photographs …

Wonderful rosette of leaves along with multi coloured flowers. (May be bracts + petals)

What does picture 5 say. Some winged structure?
For id confirmation please.

Is this Limonium sinuatum as in FOI?

Identification of the plant as Limonium sinuatum is correct

It would help if you have a better view of stem portion, crucial for ID of L. sinuatum.

This plant was seen by me at a flower show in Mumbai and these are the only pictures I have.
