This appears to be a member of Ericaceae. Sadly the genus is not familiar to me. The closest I know is Arbutus but the leaf shape seems wrong.
Please check species of Vaccinium of Ericaceae family. Hmm! Interesting. Vaccinium I had not thought of. Further link for advice. I too used the same link to reach Vaccinium but it was difficult for me to run the key without the specimen.
I think V.vacciniaceum is a certain choice.
