I knew only Euphorbia cotiniifolia, and now I know how similar the leaves are.

This one is Cotinus coggygria Scop., Fl. Carniol. ed. 2, 1:220. 1771; syn. Rhus cotinus Linn. Sp. pl. 1:267. 1753; Collett, Fl. Simlensis 104 shot from near village Juddo.
