Thanks very much … for bringing this post up for validation.
I too am keen to know whether I am mistaking the subspecies that I have labeled for an unarmed tree seen at Vaghbil, Thane.
The last photograph taken on Jan 25, 2009, at Zirad near Alibag, Maharashtra does not show aspects other than a cluster of dried-up pods – it might be at best taken just as Acacia nilotica.

.

sir can I get botanical name ? – देवबबुल in Marathi

देवबाभळ
Acacia nilotica
subsp. tomentosa

देवबबुल is not Marathi … I wonder whether all names listed are Marathi at all.

Could you decide, …?

No, …, I could not decide. It is never easy for me to analyse per given descriptions and keys of some genera.
I have suggested ID merely on the basis of the plant being unarmed, and that the trunk, bark looks different from Vachellia nilotica subsp. nilotica OR subsp. indica.
