This plant just wont quit my mind!!
a spider wort? a brommeliad with blue flowers? may be// may be not
but I would settle for any of the Tradescantia Genus of family Commelinaceae

or may be even a Murdannia …. not sure what it would be…
or may be its never beeb described… and its upto you to do so?

this is cryptanthus

Thank you, … for confirming the ID at least up to the generic level.

This is Cryptanthus only.

Yes, this appears to be Cryptanthus of Bromeliaceae. However, most species of Cryptanthus have variegated leaves and the plant shown in the photo have completely green leaves. Try to identify the species with the help of some S. American floras.

Thanks to all for the valuable comments rendered to identify the species.
This plant has been kept inside the shade net house, this could be the reason for leaves colour.
