Distribution: Assam to S. China
Current Location: Gangtok, Sikkim during National Orchid Conference. Note: This plant is again protected under Wildlife Protection Act of India and hence this should not be collected or sold in market. .
Location : Near Sairep village, Mizoram Is this growing on its own on tree or someone planted it? This is rare and protected species in india.

Paphiopedilum villosum (Lindl.) Stein Another orchid from NE India to China, grown in University of California Botanical Garden, photographed on 21-4-2019. Yes Paphiopedilum villosum plus P. lowii in the back.
