The leaves measures 10×4 m and fruits are 2-3cm across.

Good possibility of Dalbergia, … No. This is Xanthophyllum arnottianum of Polygalaceae. Most of the Polygalaceae members looks like a Papilionoide flower. In Phylogeny Polygalaceae comes very Close to Leguminosae Thank you very much … for this ID.
