Habit & Habitat : grass found in a low land

Ischemum sp ????????

Thank you very much for the ID suggestion, it must be some Ischaemum sp., found a similar image of I. indicum at – http://www.wm-sec.com/ischaemum_indicum.htm

This is Hemarthria compressa. The compressed or flattened leaf sheaths is also a identifying character in addition to the nature of the raceme.
