Plants lithophyte, like Zingiber, small, 10-20cm long, flowering in the month of July. Photo taken in the month of July- 2011 from Karbi-Anglong, Assam Please upload a picture with leaf and habit of the plant From the flowers, I guess this could be a species of Impatiens of Balsaminaceae family
Sir I have no any complete plant photo. Plants growing in shady place at 700-900m msl.
On a close look it doesn’t look like a species of Impatiens Let us wait for more comments.

Interesting wildflower from Ukhrul, Manipur. Ukhrul is at altitude of around 1600 m.
Looking at the leaves in long shots, I thought it belongs to ginger family. The flower closeup looks like a balsam species. I am clueless. Any leads will be welcome. This is Caulokaempferia sp.
Caulokaempferia secunda Zingiberaceae
