that’s a tall order. out of about 600 + gallium species. good luck going thru that key. my knee jerk response was galium elegans
but i am no expert. let wait for people who know the key

G verum considering that flowers are yellow, not white

G. verum also not listed in Nepal and seems not matching with images in the web.

Won’t comment on the net but FOH Polunin, Stainton describes both sp clearly. I have seen one of them.

I have checked the book ant it is there but the distribution is from Pakistan to Himanchal Pradesh which does not touch Nepal and distance is too far for escapes.

After going through all the species in checklist of Nepal, I think closest I can go is Galium elegans Wall. ex Roxb. only as per images, details and references herein and as per comparative images at Galium
