There are three species of Dichrocephala in Himalayas
Two with sessile clasping bases (D. chrysanthemifolia with narrower lobes and D. benthamii with less deeply lobed leaves, often entire). It looks … plant may be latter one
one D. integrifolia (syn: D. latifolia) with distinctly petiolate leaves with winged petiole and lyrately pinnately lobed leaves. Mine seems to be this one.
