It looks correct to me, although the plants I have seen were flowering in February and fruiting in March in Western Ghats.

Please give the ID

I think this is Combretum quadrangulare

Place from where the photo was shot please.

I think I would rather hesitate in calling it Combretum quadrangulare because of absence of lepidote scales on the leaves.  C. latifolium seems more probable.

The Konkani name gamgoli is listed for Combretum latifolium in Flora of Goa.
Not sure which of these could be valid:
गंगोळी OR गांगोळी
गंगोली OR गांगोली
I think the options written in red have very less chance.
Tentatively going with गंगोळी.
Please help with the valid version among the 4 options.

Kannada name(s) of Combretum latifolium Blume:

Please help with the Kannada name of Combretum latifolium Blume …  thaghibelu in native script. I think it would end like this … thaಘಿಬೇಳು
Another name is ಕೊಜಂಬೆ ಬಳ್ಳಿ kojambe balli
Reference: Shodhganga – Medicinal plants of Tulunadu

The other possible variants are :
 (ta) (tha) (da) (dha)
But I donot know how far they are suitable  in this context.   I could not get any other suitable words for thaghibelu  by replacing tha with other alphabets mentioned above  i.e.  (tha) (da) (dha). For your information.

Thank you very much dear …, for all the efforts.
We will not include this name because of the ambiguity. Perhaps used by people in a small region.
