Distribution: NE India, China, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam. Syn name: Stelis hirta Sm. in A.Rees, Cycl. 34: n. 11 (1816). Tribrachia hirta (Sm.) Lindl., Coll. Bot.: t. 41 (1826). Phyllorkis hirta (Sm.) Kuntze, Revis. Gen. Pl. 2: 677 (1891). Bulbophyllum suave Griff., Not. Pl. Asiat. 3: 292 (1851). Bulbophyllum kerrii Rolfe, Bull. Misc. Inform. Kew 1906: 84 (1906).
