Ipomoea lobata : Confirmation of ID : 210112 : Oman : AK-1: Seen the above vine at a plant nursery in Muscat Oman on the 20th of Jan,2012. Name mentioned was Mina lobata.
On searching this name,I found it is now known as Ipomoea lobata. Saw this different looking Ipomoea for the first time.
Kindly confirm id.
Yes … I. lobata, This is also new for me.
I could not see even a single member of convolvulaceae in MP in flowering stage during my recent visit
