This could be a species of Hedyotis. It is Thecagonum pteritum (Blume) Babu, Syn.Oldenlandia pterita (Blume) Miq., I think it looks different from Leptopetalum pteritum (Blume) Neupane & N.Wikstr. as per images, details and references herein.
It is Thecagonum pteritum (Blume)Babu Syn. Oldenlandia pterita (Blume)Miq. Syn. Hedyotis pterita Blume of Rubiaceae, a very common weed in A.P.
Thanks, …, But to me it does not matches with images at Leptopetalum pteritum (Blume) Neupane & N.Wikstr.
Pl. also see FOC illustration and GBIF (high resolution specimens)
On further checking, you may be right. But I do not know why it looks somewhat different.
