Thecagonium ovatifolium (Cav.) Babu (= Oldenlandia nudicaulis Roth), Rubiaceae wild herb from Thirutthani area (Thiruvallur DT) of Tamilnadu

Thank you very much …. I hope you meant Thecagonum ovatifolium (Cav.) Babu.

May I humbly suggest to check probability of Oldenlandia pterita (Blume) Miq. (Hedyotis pterita Blume), specially for its 1) winged hypanthium 2) subsessile flowers 3) succulent nature…..
Thank you

Thank you …, with out referring flora I decided that, You are correct, it is Oldenlandia pterita (Blume) Miq. only

Small herb clicked near Vijaywada, Andhra pradesh May 2015

Habitat was small farm

This could be a species of Hedyotis.

It is Thecagonum pteritum (Blume) Babu, Syn.Oldenlandia pterita (Blume) Miq.,
 Hedyotis alata
J.König ex Wight & Arn, of Rubiaceae; leaves are eaten as leafy vegetable

I think it looks different from Leptopetalum pteritum (Blume) Neupane & N.Wikstr. as per images, details and references herein.

It is Thecagonum pteritum (Blume)Babu Syn. Oldenlandia pterita (Blume)Miq. Syn. Hedyotis pterita Blume of Rubiaceae, a very common weed in A.P.

Thanks, …, But to me it does not matches with images at Leptopetalum pteritum (Blume) Neupane & N.Wikstr.
Pl. also see FOC illustration and GBIF (high resolution specimens)

On further checking, you may be right. But I do not know why it looks somewhat different.
