forgot to add that this fungus contains lot of water which is supposed to be potable and hence called Nan neer kalan (mushroom with potable water)

i am not sure though but seems to be some species of Galiella from the family sarcosomataceae. the fungi in this family are commonly called the peanut Butter cup fungi which seems to match the appearance of your specimen.

Many thanks for your suggestions. Looks similar, though Wiki says it is mainly reported in temperate countries. Shall wait for other comments.
