This too a very small, potted, cultivated plant.

Too many variables on this one …, As far as I’m concerned. Is it tall (columnar) more round (barrel)? Not enough to make a correct guess.
Looks like a Euphorbia to me This was just a small potted one.
No idea how it looks as a mature plant.
Can this possibly be Euphorbia horrida?
